This is by far my Favorite cookie! The combination of dark chocolate and Reese's peanut butter chips is incredible!! I love how these cookies are so moist and chewy on the inside! I should tell you these cookies won't last long in your house. I had to make two batches because the first one disappeared before I could take a picture! Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
-1 cup and 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
-1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
-1/3 cup dark brown sugar
-1/3 cup granulated sugar
-1 egg
-3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-3/4 cup Reese's peanut butter chips
-1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Next Step:
-Preheat oven to 350 F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
-In a small bowl combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Whisk to combine and set aside.
-In a large mixing bowl using a hand or stand mixer to combine the softened butter and the sugars.
-Once combined add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
-Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix with a hand/stand mixer until just combined.
-Add in the Reeses peanut butter chips and the chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
-Add 1-2 tablespoon size drops to the baking dish.
-Depending on size bake for 9-12 minutes. (I made mine big and cooked them for 11 1/2 minutes.
-Place on a cooling rack for 10 minutes.
-Serve and ENJOY!!!
