Healthy Mini Candy Bars!!


Think about how happy your family will be when you tell them you made homemade candy bars! All while knowing they are secretly healthy!!! These mini candy bars are SO good!!

They are fun to make and are packed with pecans, peanut butter, Krispies, oats, and more. They are incredibly delicious and so much better for you than any store bought candy. This "candy" has protein, fiber, nutrients, healthy fats, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. I can't wait for you to try these!!!


Prep time: 10 minutes Refrigerate for 30 minutes Yields: 16 mini candy bars

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

-4 tablespoons pure maple syrup

-1/2 cup chopped pecans

-1/2 cup oats (you can substitute GF oats)

-1/2 cup Krispies (you can substitute GF Krispies)

-1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (melted)

-Toppings of your choice! I love sprinkles, nuts, shredded coconut..ect

Next Step:

-Combine the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix with a spoon.

-Add in the pecans and mix.

-Add in the oats and Krispies and mix.

-In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate chips.

-In your candy mold add a teaspoon of melted chocolate and move it around the mold to coat the bottom and sides. (you can use your finger or a small spoon to do this)

-Fill the rest of the mold with the peanut butter/oat mixture.

-Add a teaspoon of melted chocolate on top to cover the top.

-Add toppings of your choice.

-Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

-Serve and ENJOY!!
