Good morning! Start your day off with these delicious Nutella Banana Loaves! They are the perfect size to enjoy with your cup of coffee. My family enjoys them for breakfast, brunch, a snack during or after school, and dessert! This recipe will make 8 mini loaves and they freeze really well! Have a great day!
Ingredients:
-3 ripe bananas
-1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
-1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
-1/2 cup granulated sugar
-2 eggs
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 cups all purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-Nutella
Next Step:
-Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly butter a mini loaf pan.
-In a small bowl add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix with a spoon and set aside.
-In another bowl mash up the bananas with a fork.
-Add in the butter, sugar, and light brown sugar.
-With a hand or stand mixer, mix until combined.
-Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and continue to mix.
-Slowly pour in the flour mixture and mix until combined.
-Fill up the mini loaf pan with half of the batter.
-Then add a teaspoon of Nutella on top and lightly spread it out.
-Next add the batter on top of the Nutella filling it slightly above the 3/4 mark.
-Add another teaspoon of Nutella on top. With a toothpick or knife, swirl the Nutella into the batter.
-Repeat these steps until all 8 mini loaves are filled.
-Bake for 25 minutes. (Insert a knife to make sure it is done before you take it out.)
-Take out and let cool for 10 minutes.
-Serve and ENJOY!
