Mini Snickers Bites!

Do you love Snickers as much as I do?!? Then try these amazing homemade mini Snickers Bites. They are so easy to put together and taste exactly like Snickers! They are delicious and will quickly become a family favorite!!

Ingredients:

1st Layer:

-1 cup dark chocolate chips

-1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

2nd Layer (Nougat Layer):

-2 tablespoons salted butter

-2 tablespoon evaporated milk

-1/2 cup granulated sugar

-4oz marshmallow fluff

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

3rd Layer:

-1/2 cup salted peanuts (lightly chopped)

4th Layer:

-Jarred all natural salted caramel OR you can melt caramel candies in the microwave

5th Layer:

-You will use what's left over from the 1st layer.

Next Step:

-First you will need a mini silicon muffin pan so you can pop the snickers out when they are done.

-Melt the dark chocolate chips and the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Be sure to stir every 25 seconds so the chocolate doesn't burn.

-Add 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate/peanut butter mixture to the mini muffin pan. Repeat until you have used 1/2 of the mixture. (You want to save the other half for step 5)

You should be able to make at least 15 mini snicker bites. Freeze for 7 minutes or until the next step is complete.

-Start on your nougat layer. In a small sauce pan, heat up the butter, evaporated milk, and sugar. Stir until melted and then boil for 5 minutes. (Continue to stir)

-Remove from heat and then add in the marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.

-Take out the mini muffin pan from the freezer and add a teaspoon of nougat layer on top of the chocolate layer. Repeat until they are all covered.

-Return the pan to the freezer for 7 minutes.

-Take out and add a sprinkle of chopped peanuts to each bite and gently push the peanuts down into the nougat layer.

-Then add a teaspoon of caramel on top. Repeat for each one. Then put back in the freezer for 7 minutes.

-Lastely, add a teaspoon of the melted chocolate/peanut butter mixture on top of each one.

Freeze for 10 minutes.

-Serve and ENJOY!!
