OMG! How do I describe how delicious these peanut butter pretzel bites are! First, they are no bake and are so easy and fun to put together. The combination of the peanut butter graham cracker crust paired with dark chocolate and pretzels is incredible!! This treat does not last long in my house! I love to serve these at any party or gathering. They are also great to wrap in cellophane with a nice ribbon to give as gifts! I hope you love them as much as I do!
Ingredients:
-8 Sheets of graham crackers (you can substitute GF graham crackers)
-1 cup peanut butter
-1 cup powdered sugar
-1 stick salted butter
-1 cup dark chocolate chips
-Mini salted pretzels (you can substitute GF pretzels)
Next Step:
-Blend the graham crackers until you have a fine consistency. Once blended pour it into a large mixing bowl.
-Add the powdered sugar and mix with a spoon. Set aside.
-In a microwave safe glass bowl, add the butter and peanut butter.
-Microwave in 25 second increments until the butter is melted and the peanut butter is softened.
-Take out and whisk until smooth and combined.
-Pour the butter/peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker/sugar mixture.
-Mix with a spoon until combined.
-In a microwave safe glass bowl, melt the chocolate chips on 25 second increments until melted. Be sure to mix after each time.
-Add 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into your mini muffin pan. (Press down)
-Add 1 tablespoon of melted dark chocolate on top.
-Then add 1 pretzel on top.
-Repeat these steps until the muffin pan is full.
-Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Serve and ENJOY!!
