These powdered donuts are delicious and so easy to make! They are soft and moist in the middle and as a bonus they are baked and not fried! Believe it or not, these donuts can be made and ready within 30 minutes! My kids loved helping me dip them in the powdered sugar and it was a great snowy day family activity. I of course had my donut with a big cup of coffee! Yum!

Next Step:
-Preheat the oven to 400 F and lightly butter the donut pan.
-In a small bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Whisk to combine and set aside.
-In a large bowl using a hand or stand mixer, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
-Then add in the egg and milk. Mix to combine.
-Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Don't over mix.
-Pour the batter into a piping bag or zip lock baggie.
-Add the batter into the donut pan. (I use a piping bag or a zip lock baggie and cut the end)
-Bake for 7-9 minutes. Be sure to check with a toothpick to make sure the batter is cooked through.
-Let cool completely. (This is important otherwise all of the powdered sugar will melt)
-Once cooled dunk each donut into a bowl of powdered sugar and coat both sides well.
-Serve and ENJOY!!!
