The added Reese's Peanut Butter Cups to my original Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie is the perfect treat for anyone who loves peanut butter and chocolate! I may even like this better! Soft and chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The peanut butter cups add a tasty twist and every bite is delicious!
Top with vanilla or chocolate ice cream and you have a quick and easy dessert for 2-4 people.

-In one bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda- set aside.
-In another bowl mix in the granulated sugar, dark brown sugar and vanilla extract. Then add the melted butter and mix. Once combined add the egg yolk and stir well.
-Next, add in the flour mixture and mix with a fork until combined.
-Add the chocolate chips.
-Transfer cookie dough to the skillet and bake for 24 minutes. (you will know when it is done when the middle is set and the edges are a light golden brown)
-While your cookie is baking melt a handful of chocolate chips in the microwave.
-Once your cookie is done, let it sit for 10 min. Drizzle your melted chocolate on top and add a BIG scoop of ice cream on top.
ENJOY!!
