I LOVE these cookie cups! They are the perfect fall treat and I make them every year for Halloween. They are easy to make and so delicious! If you love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies, then definitely give these a try! YUM!
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (*you can substitute GF flour to make them GF)
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
-1/2 cup light brown sugar
-1/2 cup granulated sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 egg
-1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
-1/2 cup Reeses Pieces
Next Step:
-Preheat oven to 350 F and take out a silicone mini muffin pan.
-In a small bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
-In a large mixing bowl add the melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix with a hand mixer until combined.
-Then add the in the vanilla and egg. Mix to combine.
-Slowly add in the flour mixture and mix for 1-2 minutes.
-Stir in the chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces.
-Fill each mini muffin tin with the chocolate chip batter. (Be sure to fill to the top)
-Bake for 16 minutes or until the edges turn a light golden brown.
-Let cool for 10 minutes and then take out of the muffin pan.
-Serve and ENJOY!!!
