I recently learned about the many health benefits of Tahini. I knew I had to start incorporating it into some of my recipes. Tahini is highly nutritious, and is full of healthy fats, vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. Today I added a 1/2 a cup of tahini to one of my chocolate chip cookie recipes and was blown away with how good they turned out! The cookies still had that amazing chocolate chip flavor, but there was a slight hint of a nutty flavor. They were delicious! I will definitely be making this cookie again!
